The picture relating to the brawl , which ended in stabbings , which took place on December 3 last in Torpè and following which a 20-year-old boy from Nuoro ended up in hospital in critical condition, is beginning to emerge.

Yesterday the carabinieri of the Torpè station ordered the measure of house arrest for a local young man, the disputed crime is of attempted murder .

THE FACTS - It was the evening of last December 3 when, outside a room in the Baroniese municipality, the young man, in the company of his fiancée, ran into the 20-year-old who, for reasons yet to be ascertained, allegedly started throwing stones at 'address of the girl, hitting her; the reaction of the boyfriend was immediate who, taking out a knife, hit the 20-year-old with numerous blows to the chest and lower limbs.

The conditions of the attacked man were critical , and he was urgently transferred first to the emergency room of the Giovanni Paolo II hospital in Olbia and then to the surgery department of Sassari .

The immediate intervention of the carabinieri patrols made it possible to reconstruct what happened , identify the young people involved and seize the weapon used .

Subsequent investigations coordinated by the Public Prosecutor of Nuoro led the magistrate to order house arrest.
