The deputy prosecutor of Tempio, Alessandro Bosco, has signed the notice of conclusion of investigations for brawl and damage against the rapper Tony Effe (Nicolò Rapisarda) and seven other people for an episode that occurred at the Sanctuary in Porto Cervo on August 18, 2023. According to the accusations of the prosecutor Bosco, based on an investigation conducted in Porto Cervo and Olbia, Rapisarda would have reacted together with other friends who were with him, to the refusal of the security personnel of the club who would have invited the rapper to move away from the entrance.

In essence, according to the prosecutor, the security personnel would have communicated to the singer the denial of entry and this circumstance would have triggered a fight between two factions, one composed of the people accompanying Tony Effe and the other of the security personnel of the Sanctuary . Some of the people involved reported trauma and injuries and were treated in the Emergency Room in Olbia.

Tony Effe and four other people are also accused of having damaged the POS of the place and broken several glasses . Three of the eight young people investigated are Sardinians, two from Sassari and one from Olbia. For now, no statement from the rapper's lawyers.
