Three Colombians repatriated from a drug-producing ring in the Oristano area.
They were part of a well-organized group targeted by arrests in August. They were escorted to the border by police officers.Oristano police repatriated three Colombians who, according to investigators, were part of a structured criminal organization dedicated to the cultivation, production, and distribution of drugs.
The operation began in August and resulted in eight arrests: a farm in Ceas 'e Perdixis, in the Villaurbana countryside, had become a veritable cannabis processing hub. It included a massive plantation, an irrigation and fertilization system, a drying room, and a room for processing and storing the inflorescences: a meticulous organization, in which each of the eight suspects in the Aristeo investigation had a specific role.
The three expelled individuals, who had been under house arrest until the order was executed, were accompanied by officers from the Oristano Police Headquarters to Fiumicino Airport to board a flight to South America.
The Immigration Office's recent activities, according to the Police Headquarters, also include the recent order to transfer four Tunisian and Egyptian asylum seekers to the Macomer CPR. The four, who were staying at the Cabras CAS for international protection seekers, were investigated for various crimes committed in Cabras and Oristano and were therefore deemed socially dangerous and held in the CPR pending their future repatriation.
