The anger that they had been venting in their WhatsApp chat for weeks this afternoon was seen and felt in Tramatza. And if things do not change, mass resignations are near .
Inside the convention center were 300 of the approximately 900 white coats currently on duty. They called themselves together to understand all together how to act against the latest measures adopted by the Region. With the hope of setting up an association as soon as possible.
Above all, they contest the increase in the maximum number of patients assisted from 1,500 to 1,800 patients for each family doctor , a decision taken by the Region after the retirement of many doctors.
But too much bureaucracy, the few resources available for the services offered and the excessive amount of work are also targeted. In fact, now general practitioners are also prescribing therapeutic plans that were previously only dealt with by specialists .
Different testimonies today in the congress center of the municipality of Oristano: many have told of working even thirteen hours a day .
