The blitz is carried out by the forklifts of the Porto Canale. Everything happens in the middle of the night, before the last militarized ship loaded with "war" lands. The order is peremptory: lock up the last crack in the unloading view of the "New Amsterdam", the last ship shipped from northern Europe to the port of Giorgino, the container terminal transformed from a wasteland into an unauthorized military base, finished directly, with a concessional triangulation, in the hands of NATO.

Steel wall

In the middle of the night, before the telephoto lenses can look close to the "fisherman's wharf", to reveal the load of fire destined to crash directly into the inlets of Capo Teulada, the operators in charge of handling the containers raise a veritable wall of steel almost six meters high and twenty-four long. All to block the view of the cargo. They had not liked the images published by our newspaper on the occasion of the first unloading, that of the war "ferry" "Ark Germany".

War video maker

The details of the deadly Leopard tanks, shipped from Germany to Sardinia for an evident test of strength and war power, probably had to remain segregated in that eight-hectare armored area, already circumscribed by a wall of containers capable of taking the breath away even to the flamingos that fly over that stretch of Santa Gilla, close to the pond. On the one hand, NATO presented itself in the presence of the island of tourism with press officers and video makers, with the aim of projecting the glossy images of the "fire" to be deployed in Sardinia on the world circuit of war exhibitionism, on the other However, in Sardinia, according to the directives of the Ministry of Defence, it is essential not to "hurt" sensibilities, preventing in every way the unveiling of the war load that is falling on the exclusive natural and environmental heritage of the island.

Fire secret

As often happens, however, it is precisely the attempts at censorship that break the pace of the most eloquent images of what is happening "secretly" inside the "NATO base" of the Porto Canale of Cagliari. The images that we publish in this investigation reveal without frills the real armed load that is still pouring into the island's capital city. An infinite expanse of tanks, armored vehicles with red effigy and black flame to symbolize the explosive load to be "torn apart" on the Delta peninsula, that of Teulada, devastated to such an extent as to be defined in military papers as "interdicted", but that's not all, given that the bombings are spreading over an area of 7,200 hectares, beyond the "seized" body of water in front of the extreme tip of Capo Teulada.

Shocking images

The wall of containers that stands out against the rust and steel cranes of what was once the transhipment port of Cagliari is the emblem of that "secrecy" deployed in Sardinia, in the face of the exhibitionism born around the world. It is the international sources that put into the circuit what was supposed to remain armored in Sardinian land. Shocking images that make us understand how the Isola dei Nuraghi has been transformed into a real international target, with an unprecedented war deployment.

War deployment

That the attack structure is slowly building up is demonstrated by the wave of tanks posed for the photo to be disclosed in NATO channels, which ended up in our hands. Against the backdrop of the mountains of Teulada, the "battleship" of the Atlantic Alliance deploys the oldest of war paraphernalia, that of land attack. Moreover, if this were not the case, the war industries would no longer have to produce and sell tanks, howitzers and other instruments of death at a high price. It remains to be understood what would be the war scenario to be exercised on an island, complete with land and naval advance.

Germans on the attack

Certainly the Germans, those who declared themselves the most pacifistic of NATO, in their internal reports on the Sardinian mission do not fail to exalt their "supremacy" by declaring that they have sent 700 men, 30 tracked heavy vehicles and over 260 wheeled vehicles. They are the ones who have assumed command of the land component of NATO's " Very High Readiness Joint Task Force ", the special emergency unit in the event of war. The statements of the German commander are from war enthusiasts: "We have deployed a representative part of the over 10,000 soldiers of the VJTF-Land Brigade in Sardinia to demonstrate readiness, strategic mobility and combat effectiveness". And then there are the internal notes, those disclosed to a few employees. The claims are without appeal: «As part of their deployment in Sardinia, the German troops together with their allies will conduct a series of live shooting exercises at the Capo Teulada training area, which will culminate in a joint demonstration day of the allied powers demonstrating NATO's readiness for war".

May 12, the showdown

"Live shooting", reads the NATO cable, meaning that shooting is ongoing. The showdown of this announced war, the apotheosis of war deployment, a sort of attack with no return, is set for next May 12th. On that occasion, NATO should immortalize the images of firepower to show to potential "enemies", starting with Russia. Obviously everything and more will be fired, from Leopards , capable of demolishing anything at a distance of five kilometres, to American anti-aircraft missiles which have arrived for who knows why in Sardinia. They will ceaselessly demolish coasts and islets, including the areas devastated by that environmental disaster that ended up on trial, despite the fact that those responsible for a crime that risk going unpunished escape.

The cupboards of groceries

In anticipation of the great war in Sardinia, that of next May 12, the impressive figures of an exercise costing millions are starting to emerge from the NATO cabinets. Not just millions and millions of weapons, from missiles to massive bombs. Among the expenses that make even the supporters of NATO's "welfare" jump in Sardinia are the costs of the "breakfast with an 'international' connotation" entrusted to a company from Villanova di Castenaso, in the province of Bologna, for the sum of 240 thousand euros of croissants and bacon. In the list of expenses there is also the rental of portable "toilets", for the beauty of 2 million and one hundred thousand euros, even if, later, NATO stopped the tender. From the command they let it be known that they would take care of the "cess" through NATO's international logistics. The Ministry of Defence, however, had to take charge of the sewage disposal entrusted to an unknown company for a good 368,000 euros.

I miss the water

The most significant slap for the supporters of the economic impact on Sardinia comes from the contract signed on 18 April with the company "Campania Alimentare", a limited liability company based in via della Stadera in Naples. He will have to supply half-litre bottles of water in Sardinia, for the modest sum of 78,000 euros. In short, in Sardinia they didn't even buy water to drink. So much for the welfare of the "war" in Sardinia. Finally, the photo of two German soldiers on a tank in Teulada published with a shock tweet on the official NATO profile: "We hope you are enjoying yourself".
