Hearing before the Tempio Pausania magistrate Marco Contu for Pietro Oliva , 52 years old from Olbia, and Stefania Schirru , 54 years old from Simaxis, husband and wife, and administrators of Gianluca Vacchi's estate , accused of embezzlement of a sum of over 900 thousand euros.

Prosecutor Mauro Lavra has asked for them to be sent to trial, a request supported by Gino Bottiglioni , the lawyer who protects the entrepreneur, who is also very famous thanks to social networks.

For their part, Oliva and Schirru's lawyers - Domenico Putzolu and Maria Caterina Pisano - underlined that the crimes alleged against their clients are now very old and therefore should be barred . Furthermore, they highlighted that Oliva and Schirru found themselves administering Vacchi's assets in a somewhat "confusing" accounting situation. For these reasons they asked for his acquittal .

Having listened to the parties, the judge postponed the decision on the trial until next February .
