For this reason, the precautionary custody order in prison ordered by the investigating judge of the Court, Luca Melis, came almost unexpectedly, so much so that in the next few hours his lawyers, Marco Aste and Michele Pilia, will ask the investigating judge - in the guarantee interrogation - to change the measurement.
The operation
In addition to prison for the former non-commissioned officer, the judge ordered 10 other precautionary measures: five house arrests and the same number of signature obligations. In total, there are 84 suspects, but only 36 appear in the order because the majority have already started contacts with the Prosecutor's Office in order to reach a plea agreement ( HERE IS THE LIST OF NAMES ). Leafing through, however, the 186 pages of orders carried out on Saturday at dawn by around fifty soldiers of the Special Intervention Unit of the General Command of the Port Authorities - Rome Coast Guard - the excellent names of those who, according to the Prosecutor's Office, also stand out he would obtain the license in exchange for favors or mini-bribes. On the list there are industrialists, professionals, managers and wealthy people from Sulcis, from the Middle Campidano, from the capital and from the Province of Cagliari.

Among the crimes contested, for various reasons, there are corruption, forgery and an attack on navigation safety.
