Another road at the center of controversy, the Tyrrhenian Link is in the background. The crumbling Selargius-Ussana is a snapshot that makes you shudder, in Quartu-Terra Mala there is another artery that is causing discussion. And not for the block itself, sanctioned by the permits obtained by the offices of the Municipality of the third Sardinian city, but because it is a direct access to the sea for tourists and for residents who live nearby in the Flumini area.

In that area, in addition to the passage of the maxi-cable, so contested by the people of Campidano, an electrical cabin of a certain impact should be built. But the issue is not only this.

Giulia Lai, a young lawyer, involved with the coordination in the fight against the assault of renewables, reports the umpteenth ban that the Tyrrhenian Link is imposing on the residents of the coastal village : «For a few days, the seaside part of Terra Mala, the road that practically leads directly to the water, has been off limits because work has begun on the construction of the Tyrrhenian link», she also writes on social media. «It is no longer possible to access the sea from that road and there is also a ban on bathing».

So far the protest against the ban: «Obviously the work starts in the summer, so all the Quartesi and tourists will be able to notice the excessive power of Terna compared to anyone who lives in these areas. But they don't care about anything».
