Everyone called her Dollarina, she was the mascot of a shopping center in the industrial area of Tempio . A little dog of about 12 years old, cared for and fed by many, a harmless and gentle animal. Tonight she was shot dead .
The poor animal was on the side of the road, not far from the La Quercia shopping centre, lifeless. Dollarina was looked after by a group of volunteers, by people who work in the industrial area and by the many who frequent bars and shops in the commercial centre .
According to what emerged this morning, the cruel "target shooting" took place on the public road, near the lots of the former Zir Alta Gallura. The Carabinieri of the Tempio Radiomobile Unit had the first report of what happened during the night and would have found material on the asphalt that could lead to those responsible for the gesture . The dog had never bothered anyone and lived by moving between her kennel and the shopping center.
