The regional civil protection has in fact issued a warning of adverse weather conditions for snow and ice, valid starting from 12 noon on Sunday 5 December and up to 12 noon on Monday 6.

In the next two or three days, the bulletin reads, "a large hole is expected (or an area of low pressure characterized by bad weather, ed) that will extend from the Arctic to North Africa, affecting the whole of Europe."

On the island, therefore, cold air and saturated with humidity will arrive and, according to the forecast of the weather office of the Decimomannu Air Force, "the snow in Sardinia will return to fall starting from the evening of Sunday 5 and on Monday 6 , again on the western part, starting from 500 meters above sea level. There will also be a noticeable drop in temperatures, which will drop by as much as 10 degrees and in any case will not be higher than 8-10 degrees in the plains ". (Unioneonline / lf)
