Far from a quick visit, Jannik Sinner has now set foot in Sardinia with the intention of staying. Everyone in Porto Rafael knows that the world's number one tennis player is building his residence in one of the most beautiful spots in the tourist village .
The villa, according to rumours currently being finalised, dominates the seaside village created by the will of Rafael Neville Rubiu, Count of Berlanga y del Duero.
Jannik has long been a regular visitor to the small coastal village of Palau , as has his girlfriend, model Laila Hasanovic.
The tennis player was in Porto Rafael in recent days, and his presence didn't go unnoticed . Perhaps Jannik Sinner chose Sardinia to recharge his batteries after the disappointment of Roland Garros and in preparation for his upcoming Wimbledon match.
What seems certain is the increasingly strong connection with Sardinia. The tennis player from San Candido, in the Pusteria Valley, apparently chose Porto Rafael for a specific, well-established characteristic of the village.
