The events that took place on May 23, 2022 in front of the Pink Bar in Bassacutena (fraction of Tempio), have been reconstructed as follows: during the night Piredda hears noises coming from his bar and leaves the house armed with a rifle, with him c 'is the wife ; the man surprises the alleged thieves and invites them to lie down on the ground, awaiting the arrival of the Carabinieri; Vasile, we read in the deeds, lifts a heavy lock pick and moves towards Pirredda's wife, the feeling is that he might hit her, at which point Pirredda himself shoots .
