With the conclusion of his legal case in Cassation, the General Prosecutor of the Republic at the Court of Appeal of Cagliari issued a prison order against a 34-year-old from Sinnai .

The carabinieri, last night, tracked him down and arrested him. He must atone for a 4-year prison sentence for sexual violence that occurred in the village on October 24, 2010 against a girl.

The man was taken to the Uta prison.
