Sestu, hides a smartphone in his bag: arrested for aggravated theft

On charges of aggravated theft, the carabinieri of Sestu arrested a 40-year-old from Cagliari.

Yesterday evening, at the Mediaworld shopping center, he had hidden a smartphone worth over 300 euros in his bag, which was screened with tinfoil in order to evade controls, but was blocked at the exit by the security staff who warned the military.

The stolen goods were returned while the man was taken to the security rooms of the Sanluri Carabinieri Company.
