The Fueddus Literary Festival is drawing to a close, and Selegas is preparing for the grand finale of an edition that brought together culture, literature, and music in the heart of Trexenta. "These were intense days, filled with beauty, culture, and participation," emphasized Mayor Alessio Piras. The event, organized by the Municipality and the Pro Loco Tourist Board, will conclude today, Friday, May 29th, with two highly anticipated events.

At 6:00 pm, the Municipal Library will focus on literature with the presentation of Maria Laura Berlinguer's "La cena delle anime" (The Supper of Souls), an opportunity to discuss a powerful and evocative novel with the author. The work is a family saga set in Sardinia, between the present and the late 19th century. The protagonist is Iride Dessì, a woman who returns to her hometown for her father's funeral, finding herself immersed in memories, secrets, and untold family anecdotes. A tale constructed on multiple narrative levels, where the memory of ancestors becomes a central element. The novel's sensory and atmospheric component is also particularly strong: the smells, landscapes, and images of Sardinia accompany the reader through a writing rich in symbolism and evocative power, suspended between realism and family mystery.

At 7:30 pm, the grand musical finale will feature a live concert by Cristiano Godano, the legendary voice and soul of Marlene Kuntz, a special guest to close the 2026 edition of the festival. Godano will bring his artistic signature, music and poetic depth, to Selegas in what promises to be a particularly intense event. This closing event will be deeply symbolic: songwriters' music as a bridge between generations, transforming the final concert into a moment of emotional and civic reflection.
