Represented by attorney Mauro Soggiu and will do everything necessary to secure justice, the family of street artist Pietro Sciusco has formally entered the criminal proceedings pending regarding the October 27 murder. The first step is the appointment of a consultant, coroner Francesco Serra, who participated in this morning's proceedings in Sassari, ordered by prosecutor Noemi Mancini.

The autopsy on the Barletta native's body is underway, entrusted to forensic doctors Salvatore Lorenzoni and Valentina Pirredda. The results of the expert opinion are expected in the coming weeks, but the autopsy appears to have confirmed the initial reconstruction of the crime. Pietro Sciusco was struck in the left chest, and a stab wound caused irreparable damage to his heart.

Attorney Mauro Soggiu, when contacted, declined to comment. Attorneys Aurora Masu and Giuseppe De Meo, representing Mohamed Maher Abdou Elkhodary, the young man arrested for the murder, confirmed that the detention order issued by Tempio Pausania's investigating judge, Federica Distefano, will be appealed.
