The Prosecutor's Office will appoint an expert to reconstruct the dynamics and responsibilities of the accident on Sunday afternoon on the coast road , which cost the life of Maximiliano Vinchesi, 49 years old, Marshal of the Army, from Cagliari but resident in Quartu. The soldier, driving a Yamaha motorbike, crashed into a Citroen in via Leonardo Da Vinci, near a straight road.

THE INVESTIGATION – The deputy prosecutor Nicoletta Mari immediately opened a file with the hypothesis of road homicide , assigning the Local Police the task of carrying out the investigations and formulating a first hypothesis on the incident. What killed the non-commissioned officer of the Sassari Brigade was yet another accident that occurred on the road from Margine Rosso to Villasimius, along the sea. For the moment, detailed information on the accident has not yet arrived at the Prosecutor's Office, but the initial idea that the officers who intervened to investigate would have had is that it may have been a lane invasion . Whether it was the car or the motorbike, however, will be clarified by the consultant who will be appointed by the prosecutor once all the documents have arrived. And the images of some videos could clarify any doubts .
