After the last "feat" he ended up in the Bancali SR prison, a 35-year-old Moroccan with several precedents who in Sassari, over the weekend, at night, violently snatched the cell phone from a woman in via Duca degli Abruzzi, then threatening anyone who tried to block it.
He didn't go far because the Volante agents, called by the victim, found him trying to hide among the cars. And the cars parked in via Galileo Galilei had been the negative protagonists of another episode, last week, when the North African had smashed some windows to then attack the police officers who intervened.
In that case he had ended up before the judge, defended by the lawyer Andrea Devoto, receiving the obligation to stay. But after the robbery he is now in Bancali and today, this time assisted by the lawyer Milena Mura and in front of the prosecutor Maria Paola Asara, he received the arrest validation from the investigating judge Giuseppe Grotteria.
