After six hours of discussion, prosecutor Giovanni Porcheddu's requests for sentencing of three officers who at the time of the disputed facts, between 2013 and 2015, were serving in the Flying Squad of the State Police, arrive in court in Sassari.

5 years and 6 months the request for Gianluca Serra, accused of corruption, embezzlement and ideological falsehood , 4 years and 2 months for Marco Fenu, with the accusation of corruption and embezzlement , one year for Pier Franco Tanca accused only of ideological falsehood in reference to an arrest report.

The first two must defend themselves from the accusation of having stolen 5 thousand euros from a drug dealer, during a drug seizure operation, which they allegedly shared with the author of the "tip-off" . Finally, 4 years were requested for Maurizio Allocca who would act as guarantor in the sale of narcotic substances. As far as Serra is concerned, the prosecutor declared the crime of insurance fraud committed against an insurance company to be extinct due to statute of limitations; also prescribed, for Fenu, the crimes of aiding and abetting and revealing secrets inherent to a criminal proceeding; acquittal for Tanca, because the fact does not exist, for revealing secrets in a criminal case and false statements to the prosecutor.

The defenders of the accused, Nicola Satta, Giuseppe Masala, Paolo Spanu, Gianluigi Poddighe, Carlo Foddai and Marco Palmieri will argue at the end of January before the panel chaired by Elena Meloni, alongside Monia Adami and Francesco de Giorgi.
