A man was arrested in Sassari who, hit by the ban on approaching places frequented by his ex-partner, violated the provision. The electronic bracelet sent a signal and the Volante officers intervened.

Having received the alert, the Operations Room of the Police Headquarters sent the police to the scene. The man was driving his car and, at a walking pace, passed near the school attended by his younger son during the students' drop-off time.

He did not provide valid reasons for being in that place, so he was taken to the police headquarters and arrested. Placed under house arrest, he will be subjected to the very direct ritual.
