Furthermore, the two, the father of the minor and the man's partner, who is not the young man's mother, would not have been involved, according to the accusation, "with the purchase of basic necessities" and then neglecting "the management of the free time of the minor, who was prevented from carrying out recreational activities, hanging out with peers and carrying out activities organized in the family context".
The prosecutor Andrea Giganti had asked for a year and 4 months of imprisonment , but this morning the acquittal "because the fact does not exist" decided by judge Claudia Sechi .
The civil party was represented by the lawyer Tania Decortes while the defender of the two accused was the lawyer Maurizio Serra.
