The financial police of the Sanluri branch have executed two separate seizure orders worth approximately €240,000 against two companies in Trexenta and Marmilla.

In the first case, the Green Berets identified and audited a company that had unlawfully benefited from tax breaks through non-existent tax credits to offset accrued social security, contribution, and insurance debts owed to the Treasury. To prevent the possible theft of the assets securing the tax credit, the preventive seizure of real estate and sums equal to the amount of the evaded tax was carried out.

The other seizure stems from a complex judicial police investigation, coordinated by the Cagliari Public Prosecutor's Office, into a company operating in Marmilla, which had been declared bankrupt. Investigative investigations have identified several individuals who, in various capacities and in concert, are under investigation for fraudulent bankruptcy and money laundering in connection with the misappropriation of company assets and funds, reinvesting them in other economic activities and thus contributing to the company's financial collapse.

In this case, too, the precautionary seizure involved real estate and money registered in the name of or attributable to the suspects and the company involved.
