San Giovanni Suergiu, 78 years old under arrest: he must do a year in prison

One year and one month in prison for crimes against the person and property.

It is the sentence that a 78-year-old from San Giovanni Suergiu will have to expiate, after the sentences against him have become enforceable.

The carabinieri of the local station therefore reached him with a prison order issued by the Penal Execution Office of the Court of Cagliari.

After the usual formalities, the elderly man was transferred to the Uta prison.
