Over 10 years in prison for the three defendants, all from Porto Torres, for the robbery of 7 January 2021 against the "Arco Spedizioni" in Sassari in the Funtana di Lu Coibu local road. The sentence was pronounced this morning by the investigating judge Gian Paolo Piana and the prosecutor Mario Leo supported the accusation.

Two and a half years ago, three people armed with pistols, identified in Alessio Concas, Stefano Calvia and a 17-year-old, would have blocked a Panzeri Truck articulated lorry that was about to leave the company square. After forcing the driver to hand over the two mobile phones he was carrying, the robbers would have opened the semi-trailer by stealing some "secure boxes" inside which there was cash worth over 16 thousand euros.

An action accomplished, according to the charges, thanks to the information provided by Marco Sircana. And it was precisely the latter, for whom the lawyer Alessandra Delirio had requested a shortened sentence, that received the most important sentence: 5 years and 4 months. Three years and 4 months instead for Alessio Concas, also in abbreviated form, and assisted by the lawyer Elisabetta Udassi; finally two years and 4 months for Stefano Calvia defended by Paolo Spano who had chosen the plea deal. 25 thousand euros the provisional amount to be allocated to Arco, today represented by the civil party lawyer Greta Marchesi.
