"They found a body on my land": Ragnedda's words in the days before his confession.

A man completely lost, crushed by guilt, obsessed with the victim's body dumped like garbage in the open countryside. A man in a state of confusion, armed, and panicked, perhaps also due to cocaine use. For two weeks, Emanuele Ragnedda continuously relived Cinzia Pinna's last moments. And according to rumors, the man accused of the Conca Entosa crime spoke to people a few days ago, reporting the discovery of a body near his estate.
In confusing sentences that seemed delusional to those who heard them, Ragnedda also said that he wondered what the deceased person was doing near his vineyards.
And now, the investigation into the murder of the thirty-three-year-old from Castelsardo has received an extremely significant, yet still unverified, circumstance. This morning, as had been widely reported, Carabinieri from the RIS (Italian Special Operations Unit) found a substance resembling cocaine inside the house in Conca Entosa. Toxicology tests will, of course, be performed.
And there's also the issue of weapons: the Carabinieri reportedly seized a magazine, which was found in the house in the Ragnedda farmhouse, and several pistols, including the one used to kill Cinzia Pinna.
Another fact also emerges: Ragnedda's casual and superficial attitude in the use of firearms. It should be noted immediately that the Arzachena businessman had a valid firearms license for sporting purposes, and these circumstances remain to be verified. However, there are several precedents that confirm this fact: there is also talk of a shot being accidentally discharged from the businessman's gun, an incident that ended without consequences.
Emanuele Ragnedda will likely appear tomorrow morning before Tempio District Judge Marcella Pinna to confirm his arrest. Prosecutor Noemi Mancini now has a clear picture of the crime; it appears to have been a violent argument that resulted in the death of the young woman from Castelsardo . The businessman's defense attorney, Luca Montella, declined to comment.
The victim's family, assisted by lawyers Antonella and Nino Cuccureddu, awaits a summons to Sassari for the victim's identification.
Emanuele Ragnedda also faces a defamation charge: investigations are underway to clarify the identity of the person the entrepreneur has implicated in the Conca Entosa crime. The young Lombard (represented by lawyers Antonello Desini, Nicoletta, and Maurizio Mani) may have been falsely accused of concealing a corpse.
