He claims that the neighbors injured him on the thigh with a piece of iron and he is sued for slander. To then receive, in court in Sassari, a one-year prison sentence from judge Paolo Bulla.

For a 65-year-old from the Sassari hinterland, problems arose when the neighbors, in 2020, began to build a brick wall on the border with his property. On the day the work began, an argument broke out and the accused went so far as to call the police and have the work suspended , reporting not only the injury mentioned but also that the neighbors had threatened to cut off his head with a grindstone.

Two days later he shows up at the barracks to lodge a complaint, carrying a window pin as a blunt instrument, an object that the soldiers had not seen when they intervened. Furthermore , the worker present on the day of the clash denies having heard the threats and so the situation is reversed with the counter-declaration of the neighbours, assisted by the lawyer Carlo Foddai, and the sentence is reached for the over 60-year-old, defended by the lawyer Marco Manca.
