Seven trials, two annulments in the Supreme Court, 13 years of hearings. It is the odyssey of a 45-year-old, who ended up in trouble after being accused of rape, stalking and mistreatment by his partner.
But now the never-ending proceedings have come to an end, with the Cagliari court having acquitted the man of all charges. And now the 45-year-old intends to ask the State for compensation.
