So many had never seen each other. There are three Quartesi of the year awarded by the city's Pro loco in a touching ceremony in the fresco room of the former Capuchin convent in via Brigata Sassari.
The recognition went to Davide Paulis, 26 years old, world champion with the Italian national basketball team with down syndrome, Fisdr federation and best basketball player with 55 baskets. And then to the former president of the Pro loco Efisio Protto, 82 years old, who made a piece of the history of the tourist association, while another, for the first time in history, was posthumously awarded to Stefania Mulana , a member of the Pro loco , who died suddenly a month and a half ago at the age of 29. For Stefania, her parents were the ones to pick up the sash and plate and so for Davide Paulis, who was absent because he was busy with the Special Olympics. Protto also received the plaque as honorary president.
The awards were presented by the president of the Pro loco Stefano Lai, the president of the council Rita Murgioni and the councilor for Commerce Rossana Perra. During the evening the artistic calendar of the Pro Loco was also presented, this year dedicated to ancient games.
