Newly appointed Councilor for Education Marcella Marini was also present at the 100th birthday celebration, representing the Municipality, with a parchment and a bouquet of flowers given to Grandma Candida. "I had the honor of conveying the mayor's and the entire administration's best wishes to Mrs. Candida on her 100th birthday," said Council member Milia.
