Quartu, farewell to Mirko Farris: red and blue smoke bombs and fireworks in the cemetery

The crash occurred during the night between Friday and Saturday: the thirty-seven-year-old was the passenger of the Kawasaki driven by his friend Roberto Sirigu, 39, when the vehicle went out of control near a curve on State Road 466, between Ussana and Monastir. The impact was fatal for Farris. Sirigu, on the other hand, was hospitalized at Brotzu.
Yesterday the final farewell, with the community of friends and relatives in tears. A banner was hanging: "Mirko Lives", it was written. In the memory of those who knew him and in that of his two little daughters.
