She showed up at the Pula registry office asking for a new identity card, but without presenting any other type of document that verified her data. He only gave his first and last name to the counter clerk. But the same employee remembered that in the past the woman had introduced herself with a different name. So, becoming suspicious, she alerted the police.

At that point, the military's investigations established that she was a 42-year-old from Cagliari who last November had filed a report of the loss of her identity card, with a further, different surname. In short, a habituée in providing false details.

A complaint was therefore filed against him for ideological falsehood, impersonation and false declarations regarding identity.

The military also proceeded to arrest the woman for identification and photo identification with fingerprint checks on the AFIS database, from which the real identity of the woman, already known to the police, emerged.

Mystery, at the moment, as to the reasons for the 42-year-old's constant name changes.
