A violent impact and the car began to rotate on itself, ending its run against the guardrail. It is yet another accident that occurred at the crossroads for Bancali, on the former 131, on the border between Sassari and Porto Torres, where two cars collided in the afternoon.

A Volvo, with two English tourists on board, as it emerged from the provincial road to Monte Rasu to merge into the former 131, collided with a Lancia Ypsilon that proceeded from Sassari towards Porto Torres. The car driven by a woman, 37 years old from Sassari, rotated several times on itself and ended up on the side of the roadway. Immediately rescued by the 118 health workers, the 37-year-old was transported to the Sassari hospital for further investigations. Volvo drivers unharmed.

The firefighters of the provincial command of Sassari and the state police intervened on the spot for the surveys and the construction of the exact dynamics. Once again the danger of the crossroads is underlined, where the construction of a roundabout is planned to limit the risk of accidents that have reached a high number, mostly serious and fatal.
