Discussions begin between Eni and the trade union organizations CGIL, CISL and UIL aimed at building a path, capable of producing a document with which to favor the management of the workers operating within the Porto Torres industrial plant .

In recent days, an initial meeting with the six-legged dog company, with the aim of arriving at a written agreement involving the multinational, Confindustria, trade unions and contractor companies operating in the former petrochemical plant, through the production of a first draft in which some firm points should be established on the administration of tenders which often penalize workers, forced to travel in the dark and in disadvantageous working conditions.

«The will, which we believe can usefully be shared - the CGIL, CISL and UIL unions reiterate - is to guarantee the profitable use of resources guaranteeing employment stability and professionalism employed which, in a complex and articulated site such as that of Porto Torres , represent a value in terms of efficiency, safety, reliability».

The confederates of CGIL, CISL and UIL, Massimiliano Muretti, Alessandro Marcellino and Giovanni Tavera hope for a replica of the experiences shared in the Addendum to the Green Chemistry Protocol. By virtue of that agreement, the unions, in October by letter, had asked the president of the Region, Christian Solinas, for the commitment to build a shared document on the Green Chemistry theme, so that the control room would be convened in Rome.
