Stop for vehicles larger than two meters in the area reserved for the passenger intermodal hub a Porto Torres . In view of the birth of the hub between the means of transport in the "Nino Pala" maritime station , which will be inaugurated on June 23 , some changes to the road system come into force. These are provisions decided by the technical table made up of the Municipality, the regional transport department, Arst, Atp, the Port management authority and the provincial industrial consortium, to allow the construction of the terminus of the Arst and Atp sections.

In via Bassu, the road to the Maritime Station) the section between the entrance to the parking lot behind the Port Museum and via Ponte Romano will be closed to traffic, with the exception of public transport, vehicles serving disabled people, of Rescue and the vehicles of the Police Forces.
Another variation concerns the stretch of via Bassu between via Azuni and the entrance to the parking lot behind the Port Museum: a parking ban is placed along the left-hand side towards the maritime station and vehicles that have a width exceeding two meters (trucks, caravans, campers and similar).

A similar provision on the width of vehicles also applies to other roads in the area and in particular the crossroads Corso Vittorio Emanuele-via Ponte Romano, Corso Vittorio Emanuele-via G. Bruno, via Mare-piazza Dogana (except for public transport towards Stazione Marittima), via Ponte Romano-Roundabout with via Vespucci (direction via Bassu) except for public transport which is stationed in the railway station square. This provision was adopted to prevent vehicles that are too large from creating a hindrance to circulation in the narrower streets between the port area and the centre, as happens in all cities with the same characteristics, and by virtue of a vision that seeks to reduce vehicular traffic in the historic center and increase pedestrian areas.
