Over 5 thousand Sardinians fallen in the Second World War: all the names in the special insert of L'Unione Sarda

On the occasion of November 4th, National Unity Day and Armed Forces Day, L'Unione Sarda will give its readers a special 32-page insert with the names of all Sardinians who died in the Second World War, country by country: more than 5 thousand Sardinians. A unique document, so as not to forget. The insert will also be available in the digital version of the newspaper.
On newsstands, however, on sale together with the newspaper, for the series "L'Unione narra", a box set on the Sardinian heroes and fallen soldiers of the Second World War, with 15 large photographs inside, 30x40 format, taken in Sardinia.
Through the captions, it will be possible to contextualize the shots, which give us images of suffering but also the desire to start again on our island in one of the most dramatic moments in our history.
