The mayor Massimiliano Sanna himself decreed the end, taking pen and paper and writing: «In the light of today's meeting, there is no possibility of continuing this government experience. A proposal judged inadmissible was formulated at the table. The two different positions within the majority would seem irreconcilable, the profound sense of responsibility towards the city requires me to reflect seriously and make the utmost effort to define all the projects currently due. I intend to turn to the lively and active part of the city of Oristano so that the existing projects, and the many funds available to the city, are not lost".
