Tourists camped out, vacationers who dump waste along the coasts, swimmers who smoke on the beach and then hide their butts in the sand or who, always on the beach, take their dogs, regardless of the prohibitions and specially equipped pet friendly areas.

This is the long list of infringements ascertained by the barracelli of Arzachena during the checks on the territory carried out on the days of August 15th.
In detail, the men coordinated by captain Albertino Mele intervened in Lu Postu , where an abusive camper driver was fined : in fact, he had been parked in the area next to the beach for several days. Also in Lu Postu, an accumulation of waste and bulky abandoned items was discovered, including an old dinghy. The photos and the complaint are already in the hands of the environmental inspectors and the Municipal Police Command of the Municipality to trace the perpetrators.

Other interventions were needed on the beaches of Tanca Manna, Barca Bruciata and La Conia for reports on bathers intent on smoking outside the special dedicated areas equipped with cigarette holders. They all risk a fine of up to 500 euros .

Another frequent report that required the intervention of barracelli was as mentioned for the presence of dogs in unauthorized beaches.
