Olbia's Primo Maggio festival is reborn after two years of forced suspension due to a lack of space, and it hits the mark, confirming the city's connection to the historic event organized by Eventi Frizzante, a blend of social commitment, a musical marathon, and entertainment. Throughout the day, Mario Cervo Park, much smaller and more intimate than its original location, the Fausto Noce urban park, but boasting the added value of its location on the waterfront and adjacent to the city center, welcomed thousands of visitors throughout the day, from the morning dedicated to children's activities, sports, and workshops, to the evening with music accompanied by the inevitable barbecues and rivers of beer. The energetic Funky Jazz Orchestra of Berchidda, conducted by Antonio Meloni, kicked things off, then handed the baton on stage to En Clave Jazz featuring Yanara Reyes, Francesco Lento, Paolo Carta, Mantiglia, Simone Sassu, and Bruno Brozzu. The evening, coordinated on stage by Antonella Brianda, continued with moments of reflection on rights and new labor scenarios, and music by Chiara Effe and Alan Pattitoni, Purple Drip, who thrilled the large audience, and Manuella. A fresh start on a smaller scale than in previous years, it was well received by the people of Olbia and offered the organizers ideas for growth in the new location.
