Olbia, runs away with her five-year-old daughter to Ukraine: a wanted woman, she had lost parental rights

She has lost, albeit temporarily, parental rights and the police in all EU countries have orders to stop her and take her 5-year-old daughter.

A Ukrainian woman, violating the provisions of the Tempio Court, left a center in Gallura (where she had been living for months with her husband, a Sardinian entrepreneur) and ran away, taking with her her daughter who was absolutely unable to leave the family home .

The woman had already attempted to reach Ukraine against the advice of her partner and was the recipient of an initial provision from the Civil Section of the Temple Court.

The State Police is intervening at this time on the basis of an open case for child abduction.

The protagonist of the flight to the country at war could be in Poland or have already reached a Ukrainian citizen. The little girl's father asked the judiciary to intervene again, another provision was issued which entrusts the little girl exclusively to the man and imposes a sort of ban on her mother from approaching her.

The president of the Tempio Court, Giuseppe Magliulo, is personally following the case.
