The Tempio Public Prosecutor's Office (investigations coordinated by the PM Claudia Manconi) has ordered a technical consultancy (a non-repeatable assessment) on the disastrous fire that destroyed the Nautica Acqua shipyard in Olbia on April 22, causing damages for hundreds of millions of euros . From the documents notified in these hours , five people appear to be registered in the register of suspects. This is an act required to protect the subjects involved in the technical consultancy on the disastrous fire, an assessment that the PM Claudia Manconi will entrust to the engineer from Cagliari, Antonio Angelo Porcu, and to his colleague from Genoa, Federico Sommella.

The suspects are the owners of the Cala Saccaia shipyard and the representatives of a prestigious Olbia nautical company . The alleged crime is arson . The owner of the Cala Saccaia shipyard, defended by the lawyer Stefano Oggiano, is called into question as legally responsible for the site destroyed by the flames (we are talking about compliance with fire safety measures). But the Tempio Public Prosecutor's Office is also evaluating and investigating the circumstance of the outbreak of the fire from a yacht built by an important Olbia company (whose legal representative is under investigation) . It must be ascertained whether any "critical issues" of the vessel (the little that remains is under seizure) are a cause or a contributory cause of the fire. The reference is to any problems with the design, construction and maintenance of the boat that was inside the Nautica Acqua shipyard. No comment from the defense, defense lawyers Stefano Oggiano and Marco Petitta.
