The owners of a house in the Pozzo Sacro area of Olbia have filed a complaint with the Tempio Public Prosecutor's Office for an incident that occurred last February 15, around 5 in the morning.

A medium voltage Enel power line pole crashed into a building inside which there were three people.

The victims of the accident heard a loud bang and then the sound of electrical discharges inside the rooms. In several rooms, around sockets and switches, cascades of sparks burned parts of the electrical system.

Fortunately, none of the people present suffered injuries or burns. Lawyer Antonello Desini asked the Tempio Prosecutor's Office to investigate what happened, pointing out that Enel had been warned in the past about the danger of the pole which, according to the communications attached to the complaint, was swinging and appeared unstable.
