The investigations into the murder of Nicola Pasquarelli, killed in the Piandanna area of Sassari last August, continue on Monday 9 October with the non-repeatable technical assessment of the digital and IT media.

We then talk about the images recorded by the cameras in the area and the mobile phones of the two suspects, Antonio Luigi Fiori, defended by the lawyers Elisabetta Udassi and Roberto Risi, who is accused of murder, concealment of a body and theft, and of a 26-year-old, girlfriend of the 48 year old, assisted by the lawyer Elias Vacca, investigated only for theft.

An examination that will reconstruct the movements of the two after the death of the 78-year-old, killed with stick blows and whose body was set on fire in a recess of the green area in front of the Botanical Garden.

Various things to verify, starting with the theft, with the money and credit cards stolen from the pensioner in his home in Via delle Conce, or the origin of the petrol. Fiori, in prison in Bancali since the day after the discovery of the body, has always proclaimed himself innocent. The investigations are coordinated by deputy prosecutor Lara Senatore.
