New information has emerged from the investigation by Tempio Prosecutor Alessandro Bosco into the alleged leak of certain judicial sales . It involves confidential meetings documented by investigators, including wiretaps (covered by the utmost secrecy), a businessman from the Oristano area involved in the alleged auction rigging, and influential figures from the Costa Smeralda contacted for evaluations of the illegally acquired confidential information.

The case has seven people under investigation for bid-rigging, but investigating judge Federica Di Stefano has ordered a six-month ban on carrying out business activities only for Antonio and Domenico Pincioni, the Arzachena entrepreneurs whose assets (Domenico's in particular) were the subject of a bankruptcy auction.

A well-known businessman from the Oristano area is under investigation . The man, represented by lawyer Giancarlo Frongia, is alleged to have worked primarily with Domenico Pincioni to influence the decisions of potential buyers of the assets of Pincioni Carni srl (which went bankrupt in 2022). These include building land and a carport in Arzachena. Investigators allege activities aimed at "causing auctions to fail" through "direct contact, pressure, and confidential reminders."

The documents reveal the suspects' contacts with a prominent figure in Porto Cervo (who has not been charged) to share appraisals and information on auction performance and confidential information about judicial sales.
