The counting of ballots in the 28 sections of the municipality of Pirri closed this morning. In the wake of Massimo Zedda's success , Maria Laura Manca was confirmed as leader of the parliament with 55.73% (7,304 votes). Francesco Ciaramella (centre-right) stops at 40.97%, while Marco Puddu (CiviCa 2024) at 3.30%.

The 46-year-old regional official was supported by the Orizzonte Comune, Sinistra futuro, PSI, Alleanza Verdi e Left, Pd and Progressisti lists.

«I want to thank the townspeople of Pirri who gave me their trust and trusted in our coalition – the first words after the confirmation -. The candidates of the coalition because they worked hard and also non-Pyrrhean friends who made sure that the citizens knew what we had done and what we proposed to do. This is an important sign of recognition for the work carried out in these four years, because Pirri has not lost hope and believes in the result of continuity."
