The electoral appointment for the renewal of the municipal administration in Nuoro has also proved decisive for the participation in the referendums. At 3 pm, the official data on the turnout for the five referendum questions, communicated by the Municipality, recorded a participation of 59.18%. A significant result that confirms how the administrative competition has also had a driving effect on the referendum consultation.

As for the municipal elections, the official turnout figure stands at 62% of the 29,775 eligible voters . A higher number than the 2020 elections, when it stopped at 58.86%. An important sign of greater participation by citizens.

According to what emerges from the first sections counted, the data flowing into the candidates' polling stations confirms the initial trend: Emiliano Fenu, supported by the "Campo Largo" coalition, is clearly ahead.

The first consolidated data comes from section 44, the first to close the count, where Fenu was far ahead of the other candidates. And as the counting progressed, the trend was confirmed in the subsequent sections.

Section 16, complete data

Section 16 also closes the count and the trend that sees Emiliano Fenu largely in the lead is confirmed

Emiliano Fenu: 283 votes (56.8%)

Giuseppe Luigi Cucca: 169 votes (33.9%)

Lisetta Bidoni: 35 votes (7%)

Domenico Mele: 11 votes (2.2%)

In section 14 a broad preference for Fenu is confirmed

Fenu: 261 votes (63.3%)

Cucca: 106 votes (25.7%)

Trash: 43 votes (10.4%)

Apples: 10 votes (2.4%)

Blank: 2 – Invalid: 3 – Total ballots: 425

Same thing in section 15

• Emiliano Fenu: 198 votes (63.3%)
• Giuseppe Cucca: 86 votes (27.5%)
• Lisetta Bidoni: 24 votes (7.7%)
• Domenico Mele: 5 votes (1.6%)

A picture that emerges with about 10% of the ballots counted, Fenu stands at around 60% of the preferences, clearly detaching Cucca. Further away are Lisetta Bidoni and Domenico Mele, both for now below the 10% threshold.

If the current trend were to be confirmed also in the central and high turnout sections, Emiliano Fenu could get close to the threshold for a victory already in the first round, avoiding the run-off. The next few hours will be decisive.
