Martina Lattuca's backpack, containing her personal documents, was found this morning by a group of canoeists between the Grotta dei Colombi and the Grotta Marina di Calamosca. But there is still no trace of the 49-year-old woman from Cagliari, who disappeared yesterday. The search for her resumed this morning, after the alarm was raised yesterday afternoon: her partner hadn't seen her return home.
After yesterday's relentless and meticulous efforts, rescuers returned to the scene: the Coast Guard with the CP 320 patrol boat, the Fire Department with divers and dog units, and the Alpine Rescue team with drones. The woman was last seen yesterday morning: the Terrazze cameras captured her, in the rain and with an umbrella in hand, taking the path leading to the summit of Sella del Diavolo. The search operations continued after dark, with teams combing the area inch by inch, supported by drones.
