The young people, some of them adults, who took part in the beach party on Friday night, between Su Siccu and Sant'Elia, have been identified, together with the 16-year-old from Sestu, Mariano Olla, who was later fished out lifeless on Saturday morning . The agents of the Flying Squad immediately began questioning to reconstruct the last hours of the boy's life, but also to evaluate any possible profiles of responsibility surrounding his death.

Failure to provide assistance

For the moment, Deputy Prosecutor Diana Lecca, the public prosecutor on duty at the Prosecutor's Office, has asked investigators to investigate with the hypothesis of failure to provide assistance, but following the results of the autopsy - which will be performed at Brotzu - the case could also be integrated with a further new, much more serious charge: death as a consequence of another crime. For now, however, the most likely hypothesis remains that the 16-year-old drowned: in fact, no signs of violence were found on the body.
