Life imprisonment : this is the request of the public prosecutor Alessandro Bosco for Fabio Malu , the worker from Luras accused of killing his rival Davide Unida.

The events date back to July 2023 and took place in Luras, where Davide Unida was killed with several blows to the head, delivered with the handle of a vacuum cleaner.

The prosecutor cannot consider any hypothesis of self-defense, since Malu (according to Bosco's reconstruction) left the house already holding the metal pipe. According to the prosecution's representative, the fact the defense has always insisted on—that Unida was holding an axe—is true, but Malu could have avoided contact with the victim. The worker accused of murder has always maintained that he went out into the street to "try to speak" with Unida. The case has now been handed to the plaintiff's lawyer, Sergio Milia. The trial is ongoing.
