The tax periods from 2017 to 2019 are in the Fiamme Gialle's sights. The investigations revealed elements according to which the professional had failed to submit the annual income and VAT returns and to pay the taxes. The hypothesis is that of "failure to declare".

Financial investigations revealed that around 900 thousand euros had been subtracted from the tax authorities and an undeclared VAT of around 200 thousand euros. The military, on the orders of the investigating judge, executed a seizure order for assets worth approximately 570,000 euros.
