Landings without stopping, over 230 migrants arrived in Sardinia in the last three days

Landing without stopping along the coasts of Sulcis , between the island of Sant'Antioco , Porto Pino and the coast of Teulada where, in the last three days, over 230 migrants have arrived , of which 143 only in the
yesterday. One of these was accompanied to the Sirai hospital in Carbonia for investigations.

Among the migrants also three children and two women who arrived with a small boat to the small beach of Turri , on the island of Sant'Antioco: they were intercepted by the agents of the barracellar company during the patrol operations of the territory after a report by some citizens .

Meanwhile this morning, in the tourist resort of Porto Pino , 13 migrants arrived in various landings, 11 of whom were intercepted between the first beach and the canal, while another 2 were reported by some residents near the town of Sant'Anna Arresi . Another 44 have been identified near Capo Spartivento along the coast of Teulada.

The migrants were jointly taken care of by agents of the Carbonia Commissariat and the Carabinieri of the Carbonia company as well as by the naval operational section of the Guard di Finanza in collaboration with Frontex.

All were transferred to the Monastir migrant center.
